I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor MA, LPC, LMHC, NBCC, from Cherry Hill, NJ, who works with adults and seniors and provides care for patients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have extensive experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance, and commitment therapy (ACT), and operates from a person centered approach. and have been a board-certified LPC for 8 years. I obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling after studying at the University of Northern Colorado. Working at a Colorado-based coaching company for 6 years, I established executive function skill-building and mindfulness techniques, which have been crucial to my practice. My treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that challenge negative thinking, develop healthier behaviors, and better understand emotions.
My main goal for patients includes developing different coping tools and habits to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve resiliency to emotional urges. If these sound like areas you would like to work on changing, please look to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to start working together.

My Approach
It all begins with a struggle, and you need guidance. You may want to turn your life into something more or enhance your ability to share yourself with the world. Whatever it is, how you approach life’s hurdles can make all the difference. I use evidence-based techniques, often from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In our first session, we will work together to identify what brought you to therapy. I will share my initial recommendation on what techniques I believe will best help you grow from where you are to where you want to be.
Dream it
Don't stress about how you come across in therapy—just be yourself. We all face challenges, but it's your story that sets you apart from everyone else.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and be yourself. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and you can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does with the tools we can establish as your mental health support team.
